Roasted Radishes with Rosemary

Ingredients:
1 tsp butter
240g bag of radishes, topped and tailed, and cut into wedges
Twig of rosemary, halved
Salt and pepper
1 clove of garlic chopped (optional)
How to prepare:
- Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
- Sauté radishes, butter and garlic in a non-stick sauce pan for 3-4 minutes. Place in overproof dish and cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Increase heat to 200-220ºC and cook for another 10 minutes for more crispy consistency.
