Raspberry Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
100g raspberries, frozen or fresh
1/2 a frozen banana
250ml dairy free coconut milk, such as Koko
1 tbsp milled flaxseed
How to prepare:
Place the raspberries in a blender with the banana, coconut milk and flaxseed and blend until smooth and creamy
Approximately 195Kcal, 8.2g Fibre and 1.9g Protein per serving
