Fish Rolls
Serves 4
Ingredients:
100g light soft cheese
4 scallions, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
600g hake fillets, skin and pin bones removed
Herbamare herbal salt
How to prepare:
- Combine the cream cheese, scallions, basil, dill and parsley in a medium bowl.
- Smear the cheese mixture evenly over the fish fillets
- Roll each fillet and secure it with a cocktail stick.
- Place the fillets in a steamer for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
- Season with Herbamare to taste and serve.
