Fish Rolls

Serves 4


100g light soft cheese

4 scallions, finely chopped

1 tbsp chopped fresh basil

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

600g hake fillets, skin and pin bones removed

Herbamare herbal salt

How to prepare:

  1. Combine the cream cheese, scallions, basil, dill and parsley in a medium bowl.
  2. Smear the cheese mixture evenly over the fish fillets
  3. Roll each fillet and secure it with a cocktail stick.
  4. Place the fillets in a steamer for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Season with Herbamare to taste and serve.
