Creamy Salmon Pâté

Makes 14 tablespoons


150g boneless salmon, baked, cooled and flaked

100g low fat cream cheese

3 tsp capers

1 shallots, chopped

2 tbsp low fat créme fraiche

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp finely chopped fresh herbs (dill and parsley are good)

1-2 tsp mustard

A pinch of paprika

A pinch of salt

How to prepare:

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
