Creamy Ham & Garlic Pasta

Serves 4


200g pasta shells

400g frozen peas

100g frozen sweetcorn

200g packet of Philadelphia Garlic & Herb

Simply Stir cooking sauce ( I like mushroom flavour)

10 slices of cooked ham (180g), finely chopped

1 garlic clove

How to prepare:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. About 3 minutes from the end, add the peas and sweetcorn to the pot with the pasta.
  3. Drain the pasta, peas and sweetcorn and return them to the pan.
  4. Stir in the Philadelphia, cooking sauce and ham.
  5. Gently reheat, then divide the pasta between warmed serving bowls.
