Buffalo wing pizza

140g packet ‘Torn for taste’ roast chicken breast

2 B-free sweet potato wraps

6 tbsp Mutti pizza sauce

60g Low-low grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese

30g blue cheese

2-3 tbsp Frank’s RedHot wings buffalo sauce

Bag of rocket

2 sticks of celery, chopped very finely

How to prepare:

  1. Pre-heat fan oven to 180C. Place the wraps over two separate pizza trays or a large oven tray.
  2. Mix Frank’s sauce with torn chicken pieces.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the two wraps. Add flavoured chicken pieces and both cheeses.
  4. Place tray(s) in hot oven and cook approximately for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is hot.
  5. Serve with rocket and chopped celery salad.
