I don’t think that enough effort is being made to change food labelling and packaging to be informative about its contents. For example, if you choose to buy a packet of cigarettes you are immediately informed on its dangers to your health, but this type of information is not there in ‘treat foods’. I agree that occasional bag of crisps or a sugary treat are not the cause of obesity, but it is when these ‘foods’ are in daily use their calories accumulate very rapidly into excess pounds!

Thank you so much for one of my inspirational clients John Dalton who came to the show with me. I wouldn’t be where I am if people like him with his honest and sincere words weren’t there to support my work. I admit it can be tough sometimes to persuade people to make dietary and lifestyle changes to lose weight, but I get such a kick out of the results that it keeps me going!
